Abstract server backend.

Free (non-nested) so http2/http3 modules can define concrete implementations without importing microserve.server (avoids a circular module dependency).

Derived classes

class Http2ClearTextImpl final: Clear-text HTTP/2 (h2c) and/or HTTP/1.1 backend.
class Http2Impl final: TLS HTTP/2 backend with HTTP/1.1 ALPN fallback.
class Http3Impl final: HTTP/3 listener: one UDP socket, many QUIC connections.
